There are many people working successfully in major freelance websites and as independent freelancers. RACsuccess- One-One-One service is the only service that provides personal mentoring from people who are already earning big (our mentors).

This service puts REAL successful freelancers at your total disposition. Your mentor will advise you on any and every aspect of working with your prefered freelance website (or as independent freelancer not working on any specific freelance website). We don't force you to work with a specific mentor. You are the one who decides with whom you would like to work and you can change to a different mentor at any time!

A submission is a request for help that you send to a mentor through our web-based system. There are 3 types of submissions that you can make and they are: ask a mentor to write you a bid request descriptions/initial comments (bid text), ask a question about how to use your favorite freelance website and/or ask for advice on how to proceed on any given situation you might encounter while working in your prefered freelance website either as a buyer or freelancer. Mentors are here to help members out but they are paid to do what they were hired to do. If a member decides to abuse that power that they have of deciding when to close a submission then we will contact that member and request the member to close the submission (if the member is the one at fault of course).

For instance, mentors will contact us telling us that they assisted a member with something but that the member is not willing to close the submission yet because he/she wants something else done. We always want our members to be satisfied, but we also need to analyze what is happening in order to determine if its a flaw caused by the mentor or if the member is trying to take advantage of the mentor.

If its a flaw from the mentor's side, then we will tell the mentor that we have determined that they have not met their mentor responsibilities with that specific member, and we will point out the problem. If its an abuse on the part of the member, we will send him/her a message reminding the member to close the submission. Our mentors get paid per completed submission.When the mentor has met his/her duties, please close that submission as soon as possible.

We reserves the right to determine when a specific submission is to be considered as completed, and when it should be closed. We want to be sure we are able to prevent abuse by any member. It works like this, the mentor contacts us complaining that he/she thinks the member should have already closed the submission. We then do some "detective work" on the submission and, to the best of our ability, we determine who is causing the delay (mentor or member.)

After that, we contact the person, who in our eyes, is responsible for the closure delay. If it is the mentor, we ask them to continue to assist the member until the submission is completed properly. If it is the member causing the delay, we ask that member to close the submission.

We also reserves the right to forcibly close a submission. If, after receiving our message telling the member to close the submission, he/she does not close it after a specific number of days, we will force closure if all mentor obligations have been met. We will not give a rating to the mentor for that specific submission. The mentor is then able to decline to work with that specific member again if they so choose.

If a mentor chooses to discontinue working with a specific member then all submissions with "Working on it" status will be set back by us to "Approved status" for that specific member. The next mentor chosen is the one to get assigned those submissions.

However, just like we care about our mentors, we also care A LOT about our members and we give them the opportunity to change mentors whenever they want.

After you sign up as member on our site, you gain access to the member's area and from there you can choose your mentor and make your submissions. Your mentor will reply to your submissions and you will be able to interact with your mentor right through the member's area. You also have the option of having your mentor's replies to your submissions sent to you by email.

Given that we trust in the expertise of our online mentors, we are confident you will be in good hands with the assistance of your selected mentor. That's the reason we don't offer any refunds. In the event you are not fully satisfied with the assistance of your selected mentor for any given reason, you can always select another mentor free of charge through the member's area.

You pay RACsuccess.com first by subscribing to our full membership plan. We use part of that money to pay the mentor per submission completed.

Remember, you are the one who chooses the mentor you want to work with based on his/her qualifications (you can check their profiles, see their pictures, read information about them, etc...) and that means that you could hire a highly qualified mentor who is ABOVE AVERAGE in experience in working with a specific freelance website or as an independent freelancer. You don't need to worry about paying him/her a lot of money.

You only pay us what we charge you. We must make sure that both you and our mentors feel happy with what they get so the prices you see on our site are the best possible prices we can offer you!

Imagine that a mentor writes you and initial comment (bid text) for a $2000.00 project and you get the project. As a member, you are the one who decides when you want to close a specific submission. The mentor doesn't finalize your submission, mentors don't have access to that feature. The only one that can close a submission is you!

By "Closing a submission" we mean that right after a mentor has assisted you with a specific submission and the mentor has done what he/she was expected to do, you can go ahead and close the submission by clicking on a "Complete" button inside your member's area in the detailed view of the submission.

Yes! You can change to another mentor at any time. You were the one who initially selected the mentor you wanted to work with, so you also have the right to stop working with that mentor at any time.

There are no fees for a change to a different mentor, its free but you need to provide reasonable and valid reason(s) explaining how your current mentor is not assisting you as expected.

A mentor is also allowed to discontinue working with a member. A mentor may choose this option if the mentor feels uncomfortable working with a specific member or has any urgent issue to attend which will not allow him/her to continue assisting member properly.

Even though you have a member profile page, a system for ratings and comments from mentors does not exist. The main and most important reason you can rate mentors, but mentors can't rate you, is because we want to make sure you are never excluded by any mentor if you ever get bad ratings/comments. We don't want you to be worried about a ratings or comments while you use our system.

How can I get started as a member?

Creating an account is easy and quick!. However, to get your full membership, the only thing you will need is a PayPal account OR credit card to pay. We accept credit card payments through Authorize.net.

Once you register as a member, you gain access to the members area which is a web-based interface. Using the web-based interface is very easy but if you ever need help on how to use any of the features inside the system, the member's area includes a very descriptive video that you can always check on how to use it.
